This role involves hands‑on installation work, site preparation, material handling, and ensuring each project meets design specifications and customer expectations.You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a landscaper is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!Responsibilities:Install patios using materials such as pavers, natural stone, concrete, brick, or composite systemsPrepare job sites, including excavation, grading, leveling, and base preparationOperate hand tools and power equipment (saws, compactors, skid steers, etc.)Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and layout drawingsEnsure proper drainage, slope, and structural integrity of all installationsLoad, unload, and transport materials safelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteCommunicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisorsFollow company standards, safety protocols, and local building regulationsAssist with related hardscape tasks such as retaining walls, steps, edging, and outdoor featuresQualifications:Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, masonry, or construction preferredStrong understanding of base prep, compaction, and leveling techniquesAbility to lift 50–80 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditionsFamiliarity with tools and equipment used in patio installationReliable transportation and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipPreferred SkillsExperience with paver systems (ICPI certification is a plus)Knowledge of drainage solutions and gradingAbility to operate machinery such as skid steers or mini‑excavatorsProblem‑solving and on‑site decision‑makingWork EnvironmentThis role involves physical labor, outdoor work, and occasional long hours during peak seasons.
