If Internal Communications Specialist sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for Internal Communications Specialist include but are not limited to:· Review and update Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), Benefits Guides, and Summaries· Test Associate views in ServiceNow based on provided expectations· Create multiple versions of benefits documents using approved templates· Track and manage the inventory and status of ~100 SPDs, coordinate printing and vendor pickup· Support the communication of benefits information to all associatesCandidates for Internal Communications Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:· Proficient in MS Word· Skilled in Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing· Strong organizational skills· Strong critical thinking abilities· Ability to work 25 hours/week (Tue-Thu) with 1 day in-officeWhat's in this Internal Communications Specialist position for you?· Pay: $30/hr.
