What You Will Do Lead core components of financial reporting and valuation engagements Build and review Excel-based financial models and analyses Interpret and apply technical accounting guidance (ASC 718, ASC 260, ASC 740, IFRS 2) Translate complex topics into clear, client-ready deliverables and presentations Participate in client meetings and manage workstreams end-to-end Mentor junior team members and support internal technical reviews What We Are Looking For Typically 4 to 7+ years in public accounting, valuation advisory, consulting, or corporate technical accounting Strong Excel and analytical skills (PowerBI and SAS a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and evolving workstreams Strong written and verbal communication, with comfort in client-facing work Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related CPA preferred Preferred Experience Share-based payment accounting (ASC 718 or IFRS 2) Equity awards (stock options, rTSR, executive or broad-based compensation) EPS (ASC 260) and tax provision (ASC 740) 409A valuations ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
