Location: Phoenix Metro Area (Onsite) Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix metro area. What You Will Do Lead core components of financial reporting and valuation engagements Build and review Excel-based financial models and analyses Interpret and apply technical accounting guidance (ASC 718, ASC 260, ASC 740, IFRS 2) Translate complex topics into clear, client-ready deliverables and presentations Participate in client meetings and manage workstreams end-to-end Mentor junior team members and support internal technical reviews What We Are Looking For Typically 4 to 7+ years in public accounting, valuation advisory, consulting, or corporate technical accounting Strong Excel and analytical skills (PowerBI and SAS a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and evolving workstreams Strong written and verbal communication, with comfort in client-facing work Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related CPA preferred Preferred Experience Share-based payment accounting (ASC 718 or IFRS 2) Equity awards (stock options, rTSR, executive or broad-based compensation) EPS (ASC 260) and tax provision (ASC 740) 409A valuations ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
