Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree with successful completion of the NPTE. Graduation from an accredited institution. Minimum of one year of experience in the field. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in the process of obtaining state licensure. Current CPR certification. This role includes providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical conditions, functional abilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Additionally, you will establish and implement a tailored treatment program, set realistic goals in collaboration with physicians, and provide essential education to patients and their families. Develop individualized care plans for each patient. Deliver skilled physical therapy services as per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for care, and adjust interventions based on therapy goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and assess collective objectives for each patient.
