Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm Hybrid model with a weekly rotation: Week 1: 3 days on-site / 2 remote Week 2: 2 days on-site / 3 remote Rotating on-call with clinical leadership (remote-capable) Why Lincoln Recovery At Lincoln Recovery, this work is about connection, compassion, and real change. Role Snapshot As Clinical Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Clinical Director to support therapists, uphold strong clinical standards, and shape high-quality care for individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges. You'll provide supervision, review documentation, support staff development, and step in clinically when needed - all while helping foster a supportive, collaborative team culture. What You'll Do Provide clinical supervision and daily leadership support Review and co-sign documentation for provisionally licensed staff Support treatment planning, discharge coordination, and crisis response Manage clinical schedules, group coverage, and caseload balance Participate in rotating on-call coverage Provide individual or group therapy as needed Coach, mentor, and support clinician growth Ensure compliance, quality care, and ethical practice What We're Looking For Fully licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) Supervisory or leadership experience in behavioral health Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organization Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, 12-step, etc.) Commitment to ethical care, confidentiality, and professional boundaries Pay & Perks $80,000-$90,000 annually (based on licensure, experience & leadership background) Quarterly KPI bonuses CEU Incentive Program Clinical Incentive Training Program (eligible for tuition reimbursement) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO, Holiday & Sick Time Company-paid Life Insurance Retirement Plan A full clinical license is required.
