We combine accurate bookkeeping, thoughtful accounting, and strategic advisory to help owners make confident financial decisions.We are building a structured, high performing team where bookkeeping and accounting work together to deliver clear, reliable financials every month.The RoleWe are hiring a detail oriented Bookkeeper to play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients.This position focuses on transaction processing, reconciliations, and preparing clean month end files so the team can deliver timely and decision ready financial reporting.This role is approximately 80 percent remote and 20 percent in person as needed.What You Will DoProcess and categorize transactions in QuickBooks OnlineReconcile bank and credit card accounts monthlyMaintain accounts payable and receivable recordsPrepare month end workpapers and supporting schedulesEnsure documentation is organized and audit readyCommunicate clearly with internal team members regarding missing information or discrepanciesAssist with tax season document preparationFollow internal workflows and meet reporting deadlinesContribute to a consistent and professional client experienceWhat You Bring2 to 4 years bookkeeping experienceStrong proficiency in QuickBooks OnlineExperience reconciling multiple accounts accuratelyAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlinesHigh attention to detailClear written communication skillsProfessionalism and accountabilityComfort working in a structured, process driven environmentBonusExperience in construction or trades industriesExperience working within an outsourced accounting firmWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate and timely reconciliationsOrganized and complete month end filesReliable execution with minimal oversightStrong communication within the teamConsistent follow through on assigned client responsibilities
