Description Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships JOB SUMMARYManage VDC department, research new software, setup and implement project files, and report project status.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma/GED and drafting courses required KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESGeneral knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Requires a positive attitude and the ability to orally communicate with internal and external customers Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage the CAD department and resource allocation Research new software opportunities and develop standards company wide Lead new employee training Implementation and setup of project file structure Report on project status Perform additional duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITSBenefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/401K/Life ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONBackground check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
