As an entry level position, the Learning and Development Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support for all staff development needs, tracks and ensures compliance of staff with trainings required by our governing agencies assists with the coordination and facilitation of internal trainings and ensures that all trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS) are organized and up to date. This position is required to be on-site at Administration in Warsaw, IN. Duties/Responsibilities: Below are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position. While not all tasks may be performed by every employee in this role, all employees are expected to perform related tasks as needed. These essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Enthusiastically coordinates, supports, and facilitates learning experiences including Day 1 Orientation and Leadership Development Initiatives. Oversees room scheduling, prepares rooms for trainings, schedules catering, sets up and tears down food for events, and provides materials as needed. Responds to emails, calls, messages, and other inquiries within 24 hours. Ensure paper and electronic training records are up to date and organized. Excitedly and authentically promotes a welcoming environment for all. Assists in coordination of webinars, in-person trainings, and digital learning content, working closely with Learning and Development Manager and Subject Matter Experts. Ensures up to date training support resources are available through SharePoint. Maintains organized tracking processes for all training and compliance with training completion. Communicates efficiently to leadership teams and Bowen Health staff providing timely updates and support with needs and initiatives. Create engaging digital learning content in the LMS, consistently meeting project timelines. Create visually appealing graphics for the LMS and internal communication. Assists in digital training assignments/enrollments, certification verification, and group management. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Occupational Exposure Risk Classification: The normal work routine involves minimal exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. The normal work routine has a minimal ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment. The position may require a minimal amount of physical exertion (bending, lifting, twisting) in the work area. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in training, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or other related fields preferred. Experience: Prefer two (2) years of experience in Training or Human Services related field. Certificate or Professional License: No Certificate or Professional License required. Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage.
