Job Description:physical attendance ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK in Richmond (Knolls location); shift hours = Monday through Thursday (7:30AM EST to 5:00PM EST) and Friday (7:30AM EST to 11:00AM EST)POSSIBILITY (no guarantee) to extendno possibility to convertConfiguration Center/Asset Management Specialist Responsibilities: Daily focus on delivery deadlines Attention to detail Asset Management responsibilities to include: Ability to lift 30+ lbs Ability to self-start Work independently and with a team Unboxing/reboxing of hardware to image Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging Inventory control/audits Professional written / oral communication skills Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 1 year of experience in tech support and administration At least 1 year of remote tech administration and end user support At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 or later operating systems At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow) Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience 1+ years of SCCM experience 1+ years of WindowsOS experience 1+ years of experience with Active Directory services 1+ years of experience with virtualization technologies 1+ years of macOS experience Windows certification(s) Apple certification(s) EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
