KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Developer to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This hybrid work position allows for flexibility while contributing to impactful projects. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled applications utilizing .NET Core, C#, Python, and modern frameworks. Integrate solutions with Azure, Google Cloud, and various enterprise systems. Create Agents to facilitate interaction with APIs and applications using techniques such as A2A and MCP, ensuring seamless integration. Work closely with architects to develop solution designs and produce comprehensive technical documentation. Uphold code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend optimal solutions; effectively present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to maintain KPMG's respectful work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in developing AI solutions to address business challenges, with practical expertise in Python, Azure AI, Google AI services, or other cloud platforms. A preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory. Full-stack development capabilities, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. Significant experience with the Azure stack, Kubernetes (AKS), API development, and DevOps methodologies. Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, BASH, YAML) and automation testing. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, agent-based development, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
