Industry Advisor, US Securities Services

The Industry Advisor, US Securities Services is expected to be a practitioner who has worked in the US Securities Services Middle and Back Office areas for US Asset Managers, Broker Dealers or Custodians in the capacity of an operation manager, operations head or as a product manager. He/She is expected to bring and deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of the US securities industry. Primary Responsibilities: Help sales team understand the business context of the RFP Help Sales team articulate the product features ability to simplify the day-in-life of the securities services operations team Build, grow and sustain effective CXO, EVP, SVP relationships within the top 100 US Financial institutions Be the primary evangelist for TCS BaNCS on the industry associations Take up chair and co-chair opportunities and industry working committees Drive thought leadership by publishing articles, collaborating with marketing teams on podcast Get in the industry panels on themes impacting the future of securities services Qualifications: 20+ years of experience within the US Securities Services Industry in Operations and Product Management functions Experience in running core transformations Ability to collaborate with cross functional team that we geographically dispersed across multiple time-zones Experience in building new key relationships across client organizations from CIO, COO to process owners by understanding the political complexities, delivering customized value propositions and creating credibility Ability to stay focused through complexity, ambiguity adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Salary Range: $165,800-$250,000 a year #LI-AK1
