POSITION -Maintenance Tech Lead JOB LOCATION -Fond du Lac, WI STARTING DATE -Immediate EMPLOYMENT TERM - Direct Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE -Full-Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 2nd shift STARTING PAY - $30+ BENEFITS -Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus REQUIRED EDUCATION -High School Diploma/GED preferred REQUIRED EXPERIENCE -See Qualifications Responsibilities - Preventative Maintenance on all machines. - Perform light construction tasks, such as building repairs, painting, general upkeeping as needed. - Troubleshoot equipment issues and correct/fix. - Lead the maintenance department and a team of techs Qualifications - Must be able to operate forklift within the safety guidelines established by AMP - Must be able to use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tools - Experience with maintenance/mechanical systems required. - At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
