Job Summary We are seeking experienced Principal Investigators to provide medical oversight and leadership for clinical trial conduct at our client's research sites. This critical role ensures the highest standards of study integrity, patient safety, and regulatory compliance following a history of successful FDA audits. Key Responsibilities Take full accountability for the clinical conduct and performance of assigned Phase II and Phase III pharmaceutical trials. Maintain a consistent physical presence at the designated research site to provide direct investigator oversight. Conduct final reviews of all Inclusion/Exclusion (I/E) criteria to ensure study volunteers are qualified for participation. Ensure all site activities uphold high standards required for FDA audits and sponsor expectations. Perform real-time documentation of all participant visits and medical assessments using electronic source systems. Adhere to strict electronic signature protocols to ensure all reviews and sign-offs are captured with accurate timestamps. Supervise accurate recording of demographic information and medical histories while maintaining strict volunteer confidentiality. Provide medical guidance and oversight to the site team to ensure study conduct remains within protocol confines. Qualifications A minimum of two years of experience as an investigator in Phase II and Phase III pharmaceutical trials. General Medicine background (Internal or Family Medicine), comfortable managing therapeutic areas such as vaccines, weight loss (GLP-1), and cardiovascular-metabolic trials. MD or DO degree; open to foreign medical degrees provided the candidate holds a valid license to practice in the U.S. Experience with real-time eSource and electronic documentation systems is essential. Candidates should ideally have prior PI experience on at least one study; experienced Sub-Investigators with a strong track record may be considered. Experience Minimum two years of experience in Phase II and Phase III pharmaceutical trials. Specific experience managing clinical trials and investigator supervision. Skills Proficiency in clinical research related to Phase II/III pharmaceutical trials. Strong communication and leadership skills for team alignment and oversight.
