We are currently hiring a Field Nurse Case Manager to join our California team. At EHS, we specialize in delivering case management services built on integrity, collaboration, and excellence. What You'll Do Conduct clinical assessments and coordinate medical care for injured employees. Facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes. Act as a liaison between injured workers, providers, employers, and claims professionals. Educate employees on treatment plans and the workers' compensation process. Ensure compliance with California workers' compensation regulations and EHS standards. Perform in-person field visits within assigned region (Orange County). Complete timely, accurate, and professional case management documentation. What We're Looking For Active California LVN or RN license (required). Bilingual in English and Spanish or Tagalog (preferred). Must be physically located in Southern California (near or in Orange County); this is a field-based position requiring in-person visits. Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation, case management, or occupational medicine experience (required). Strong knowledge of the California Workers' Compensation system. Proficiency with Windows-based platforms and Microsoft Word (required). Ability to produce grammatically correct, thorough, and professional reports (required). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in the field and from home. Valid driver's license; ability to travel regionally within assigned area. Case management certification such as CCM, COHN, CPDM (preferred). Compensation In compliance with California's Pay Transparency Law (SB 1162), the pay scale for this position is: $42.00/hour - $50.00/hour, plus overtime as applicable. Additional compensation includes: Mileage reimbursement and reimbursement for other case-related expenses. Monthly internet allowance. Monthly cell phone allowance.
