POSITION PURPOSE: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to solve complex infrastructure problems and enhance usability within the organization. This important role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's enterprise server and cloud architecture, ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, and accessible for business-critical functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor who can work with stakeholders to understand existing systems, networks, and technologies to operate, improve, and integrate them as the business grows. This position is full-time and is located in either the Cleveland, OH or Grand Rapids, MI area. RequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, network engineering, public cloud infrastructure, or related field, with a proven track record of maintaining SLAs and providing friction-less experiences. Proven experience (5+ years) designing and implementing enterprise-level cloud environments, preferably through Terraform code. Experience (5+ years) with internal network design (subnetting, routing, etc.) Scripting experience with Python and/or Powershell to automate various Microsoft 365 or server processes. Experience with AWS technologies, including EC2, EKS, Fargate, and Cloudwatch. Knowledge of how to design and implement Aruba wireless networks and HPE Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus within the IT team and with other business units. Professional certifications in VMware, networking, AWS, or Microsoft systems management preferred. Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
