Position Details: Oracle Finance Business System Analyst-Redmond WA Location : Redmond, WA - 98052 - Onsite Project Duration : 2+ years (Contract to Hire) Pay rate : $50/hr. on w2Job Description: Oracle EBS Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of core Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles, period close processes, and "Order-to-Cash" (O2C) and "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) lifecycles. Functional Configuration & Design: Ability to configure EBS modules, define system parameters, and create functional design documents (MD50, BR100). Technical Familiarity: Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting issues. SDLC & Testing: Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and conducting SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical finance users, including managing stakeholder expectations.
