14459 - Project Planner (onsite) - Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration :12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required); • Project planning or coordination experience (2+ years) • Supervisor/Management Experience • Energy/Industrial or utilities experience Responsibilities : • Perform administration of procurement contracts and maintain documentation required for successful outage execution. • Responsible for job identification, scope validation, cost and schedule estimating, and the development of job-specific work instructions. • Focus on streamlining activities through the use of standardized processes, procedures, and team engagement. • Assure continuity of work and efficiency by coordinating planning activities across various disciplines. • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, engineering, analytics, and fleet execution to drive continuous improvement. • Plan maintenance activities for major and minor electrical power generation equipment.
