Treasury Management Support Specialist

Job Title: Treasury Management Support Specialist Overview:As a TreasuryManagement Support Specialist, you will work with internal and externalcustomers to provide support during implementation as well as ongoing customerservice and technical support for our business customers utilizing treasurymanagement, business products and services. What You'll Do: Day in the Life -Every day, you will serve as a key liaison between business customers, TreasuryManagement Sales, and internal partners, ensuring clear, timely communicationon requests, implementations, and ongoing activities. You will educate andsupport customers on Treasury Management products and services while preparing,tracking, and administering contracts and maintaining accurate documentation.You will manage multiple priorities, respond to inbound inquiries, and supportbusiness online banking and cash management solutions including ACH, wires,lockbox, and Positive Pay. You will deliver a positive customer experience byprofessionally handling sensitive issues and escalations, partnering withinternal teams to support resolution and continuous improvement. What it Takes: Experience in: Banking operations with a minimum ofthree years of experience, managing sensitive information, identifyinganomalies, and meeting strict processing timelines. Skilled in: Clear written and verbal communication,strong attention to detail, time management, troubleshooting complexsituations, and leveraging technology to support efficient workflows.
