What You'll Do Perform MIG welding and fabrication work on structural and production components Read and interpret prints, layouts, weld symbols, and work instructions Fit, tack, weld, and finish parts to quality expectations Use standard shop tools (grinders, clamps, measuring tools, etc.) Maintain safety and quality standards while working with production schedules Support continuous improvement through good housekeeping and tool discipline What You'll Need Welding experience (any level considered - pay level based on skill) Ability to read prints and measure accurately (tape measure, basic math) Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work OT when production demands it Fabrication experience (fit-up, layout, blueprint-based builds) is a plus Pay by Skill Level (Guideline) Level I: ~$20/hr Level II: $20-$25/hr Level III: $25-$30/hr Level IV: $30/hr+ Benefits Snapshot 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu) Medical (PPO/HRA options), Dental, Vision 401(k) + match Employer-paid STD / LTD / Life PTO, personal time, holiday pay
