Primary Objective of Position: Perform general office duties and administrative work to support Production and Parts/Service Supply Chain. Key Areas of Responsibility Generate Excel product specials, options, and production schedules related reports Use forecasted product sales information to generate material usage forecast reports Provide as needed, current reports showing product brand forecasted information Monitor changes to chassis information and enter information in ECO Generate sickbay reports as requested and transmit information to the distribution list Develop reports containing the estimated annual usage of a part by model manufactured Create variance reports from data supplied by the costing department Generate Powerlink reports for distribution to purchasing agents and supplier displaying late or back-ordered purchase orders with material/part shortages Develop a list of new parts without a cost from information provided by costing for subsequent distribution to suppliers for the purpose of obtaining cost information Provide a report to the VP of Supply Chain and the Sourcing Manager containing parts with no cost assigned Create a report as requested, showing commodities available for on-line delivery Assists supply chain administrative staff with the completion of their job functions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the VP, Supply Chain, or the supply chain leadership team. Key Attributes Strong office administrative skills. Education & Experience College degree or equivalent experience Prior Excel report-generating experience Strong organizational habits Ability to create impactful reports, clearly communicating information to drive better decision-making Able to work independently and prioritize tasks Advanced Excel knowledge Capability to review data sources to determine data and report integrity Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office Working knowledge of ERP systems
