Math Interventionist

Reading Interventionist Part-time position: Hours to be determined by building principal. School year position. Student Days: Approximately August to June. The primary function of the Paraprofessional/Interventionist is to provide academic support to students. Open position in Olivet Middle School for 2025-2026 Qualifications: Must possess an Associates (or higher) degree, or have two years of college (60 credits), or have successfully passed the ETS Paraprofessional exam. Must possess a friendly, positive attitude. Excellent work performance, dependability, and confidentiality are required. Self-motivated, positive, team-oriented individual willing to work with students and staff. Ability to pass a criminal background and unprofessional conduct background checks. Skills & Position Requirements Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Provide in-classroom one on one or small group instructional support Observe and document student progress as directed Communicate student progress with classroom teachers Act as a representative of the district when greeting and dealing with parents, community members, vendors, students, and employees. Regular dependable attendance is a critical performance factor to ensure high quality customer service. Other responsibilities as needed.
