Job Title: Project Manager Location: Johnston, RI 02919 Duration: 07+ Months of Contract with possible extension We are establishing a DocuSign Center of Excellence (CoE) and seeking a Business Support Manager to serve as our DocuSign Administrator. This role will configure, govern, and scale DocuSign eSignature and CLM across the commercial bank. You will partner with business and technical teams to digitize document workflows end-to-end, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, data-aligned, and production-ready. Key Responsibilities Administer DocuSign eSignature and CLM (users, permissions, templates, branding, reporting, analytics). Build and maintain standardized, data-driven templates with merge and conditional fields. Partner with architects to align data models, integrations, and system workflows. Lead requirements gathering, testing/UAT, and production releases following governance standards. Collaborate with business SMEs to design and implement document digitization workflows. Develop training materials and enable teams to self-manage routine templates and processes. Establish CoE best practices, KPIs, controls, and platform governance standards. Qualifications Hands-on experience administering DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM (or ability to quickly upskill). Strong knowledge of templates, permissions, data flows, and testing practices. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and documenting requirements. Excellent communication and training skills. Experience working in Agile environments and formal change management processes. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Salesforce administration, SSO/identity tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint). Experience in regulated industries and vendor/release management.
