Summary As a Nursing Supervisor at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient care and overseeing nursing staff within our communities. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence and personalized service. This position will focus on not only overseeing daily components of resident care but also will work primarily as a wound nurse for the community. This position does require someone with a Registered Nurse license (RN) as well as a Wound Care Certification or willing to obtain a would care certification. Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $37.00 per hour This position will be a part of the on-call rotation in the community. This position will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Oversee medication administration and monitor patient responses to treatments. Conduct regular assessments of patient health and adjust care plans as necessary. Facilitate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility. Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies. RequirementsRequirements Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred. Proven experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles. Strong knowledge of sterile processing, venipuncture, and pain management techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, patients, and families. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in discharge planning and airway management is a plus.
