Job Title: Business Analyst Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: / Term: 6+ months Experience Desired: 8+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements Conduct gap analysis, risk assessment, and impact analysis Create process models, workflow diagrams, and documentation Support project teams through the development lifecycle Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation processes Prepare reports, dashboards, and data insights to guide business decisions Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS) Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Key Skills: Business Analysis, Financial, requirement gathering, UAT
