What You Bring to the Table We are looking for candidates who possess a "service-first" mindset and the ability to handle technical complexity with grace. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric environment (Entry-level candidates with high potential are encouraged to apply). Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Composure: The ability to remain poised and empathetic during emergency or high-stress scenarios. Technical Savvy: Comfort navigating digital platforms and explaining complex vehicle technologies. Pay Rates: $16.50/hr for English only. $17.50/hr for bilingual Spanish (must also be fluent in English) $19.00/hr bilingual French or Portuguese (must also be fluent in English) Note: shifts starting after 6pm qualify for an 80 cent/hour shift differential. Provide Technical Expertise: Navigate inbound inquiries and digital communications with precision, offering deep-dive insights into exclusive vehicle features and programs. Cultivate Loyalty: Build authentic rapport with owners to drive long-term brand advocacy and retention. Solve Complex Challenges: Use independent judgment and research to resolve owner concerns, ensuring every interaction ends with a premium resolution.
