We are looking for passionate Client Relationship Managers with a proven track record in software or business services sales. You will nurture relationships with existing NetSuite clients to promote the continued use and growth of our cloud-based business solutions, including ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce. Key Responsibilities: Upsell and cross-sell our business application solutions to current clients. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet monthly sales goals. Engage in activities to drive pipeline velocity, including gathering customer references and preparing contracts. Collaborate with NetSuite peers, team leaders, marketing, and enablement to enhance sales effectiveness. Focus on improving client satisfaction and engagement within your accounts. Analyze clients' business requirements and uncover strategic growth opportunities. Lead sales opportunities through effective negotiation and relationship management. This position is hybrid with a minimum travel requirement of 20% annually for client visits. Qualifications: You have at least 3 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales. Responsibilities Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your designated territory, which may include various geographic, product, and industry dimensions. You may sell directly to clients or through partners. This role does not have an Inside or Field Sales Representative. Utilize effective selling techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities while managing client relationships throughout the sales process. Travel to client sites may be necessary to develop and promote sales opportunities. Qualifications Certain US-based client-facing roles may require compliance with health mandates. The pay range provides indications based on location and experience, with a range of $26.97 to $43.13 hourly, or $56,100 to $89,700 annually, with eligibility for equity and commission.
