The position of Treasury Management Implementation Specialist provides superior customer service, customer training, onboarding support, and legal service agreement support to the Bank's Treasury Management clients, branch employees and Treasury Management Consultants. This role includes service and support for all aspects related to our business online banking platforms, as well as all Treasury Management products and services, such as Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Transfers, ACH file initiation, and Positive Pay directly for the customer. Additionally, they provide support to the Treasury Sales including customer service agreement completion and system access enablement for the Bank's treasury services. This role requires basic product technical, legal, and compliance understanding of the bank's treasury management products and services. Performs other designated tasks within the Treasury Management business as assigned. The essential duties included but are not limited to assisting with compliance functions, procedures and monitoring pertaining to the following: Responsible for centralized operational processing and implementation of Treasury Services. Assist in Treasury Services training to include but not limited to Business Online banking, ACH Origination, Wire Origination, Positive Pay, and Merchant Capture processing. Processes, reviews, and tracks input of business customer online banking agreements. Sets up and reviews Account Analysis accounts. Works with Credit for ACH underwriting approvals. Provides research, items and reports needed for audits and exams. Pull various reports for other staff members and for daily/monthly monitoring. Manages annual ACH/RDC reviews. This role acts as a lead for implementation and training of others in the department. Identify operational risk issues associated with assigned portfolios and recommend appropriate risk management strategies to protect the best interests of the Bank and the customer. Act as major focal point through which operations, product, service and sales communicate to effect change and improvement for the ultimate benefit of our customers. Provides excellent customer service to our Treasury clients while also assisting Branch employees. Understands and follows operating procedures for all business online banking products. Provides guidance to our customers around RDC, ACH and Wire processing to ensure transactions are accurate, appropriate based on customer risk limits, and regulatory controls. Identifies and resolves client issues; acting as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of uncommon service and to meet client needs. Handles problem recognition, research, resolution, and follow-up for routine inconsistencies between branch documents, system information, and standardized procedures. Communicates by telephone or electronic mail. Knows and follows and understands the standardized procedures and policies of Treasury Management. Offer creative solutions to the increasingly complex problems faced by our customers in the treasury management industry. QualificationsEducation & Experience5 years financial services operations or Treasury Management experience, which includes external customer service experience. Knowledge & Communication SkillsKnowledge in all facets of Treasury Management to include thorough understanding of the computer Treasury Management software. Advanced experience, knowledge and training in branch operation activities, terminology and products and services. Advanced experience, knowledge and training in financial statement and tax return analysis typically resulting from a combination of education in accounting, financial and/or credit analysis or related areas. Possess effective communication skills and written communication skills including good presentation and partnering stills and the ability to deal with complex commercial client Thorough knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies. Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and team members. Advance experience, knowledge and training in all lending activities and terminology. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Analytical & Decision-Making Skills Demonstrate analytical skills-ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. Attention to detail and follow through. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; mainframe computer system; and word processing, spreadsheet and account opening software programs. Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations. Effective organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties. Computer/Software/Other Equipment SkillsBasic knowledge of Office365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as PC, printer, fax/copier, and telephone. Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
