Come thrive with us Who You Are & What You ll Do Manage intern and co-op program recruitment end to end for the US business Coordinate, schedule and facilitate assessments Ensure compliant post assessment record retention Develop, track, and manage early career candidate flow analytics Own end to end process flows and partner with HR Operations Hub team to ensure seamless execution of all pre/post offer activities (as appl) including but not limited to generating offer letters, processing new hire documents, initiating and monitoring background and drug checks (where appl), processing candidate reimbursement and communications regarding start dates and on boarding information. Centralize monthly communication for all intern and co-op hires What You ll Need To Succeed Must have solid experience in HR operations with a minimum of 3-5 years of end to end recruitment experience Solid knowledge and navigation experience of employment law and standard business integrity principles Action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes.
