Diesel Technician Pay: $25-$30/hrDOE Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, 401(k) matching, and more! Shift: 1st (7:00am-4:30pm) Location: Reading, PA Responsibilities of the Diesel Technician: Preform scheduled preventative maintenance on light to heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, & equipment Preform DOT/State inspections Diagnose and repair trucks and equipment including engine, transmission, chassis, and electrical Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions Reading and writing in English Road Test Vehicles to diagnose malfunctions Qualifications of the Diesel Technician: Lifting up to 50lbs and standing for the entire shift Minimum of three years as a diesel technician DOT medical card Valid driver's license Adaptability, flexibility, and good communication skills This is a DIRECT HIRE career opportunity with an established company that offers technical training and room to grow!
