What You'll Be DoingAs an Accounts Payable Clerk, your main duties will include: Preparing and entering vendor invoices incorporating 3-way matchPreparing and entering expense invoices with GL codingPreparing weekly payment process focusing on discount opportunitiesUpdating and maintaining vendor databasesAccounts payable customer service and other general administrative duties What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an Accounting professional who enjoys payables, working as a team, and continuously working towards ways to improve the Accounting department. Traits for a perfect fit: excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, strong math skills, excellent customer service skills, and an outgoing personality and a team player.
