Job Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide professional nursing care to children and their families. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including administering medications and treatments per nursing standards. Prepare equipment and assist medical providers during procedures, examinations, and testing. Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions, including reactions to medications and treatments. Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring timely patient flow and responsiveness in emergencies. Warmly greet patients and prepare them for exams, collecting vital information and conducting nursing assessments. Respond to patient inquiries effectively and educate families about health management, treatments, and wellness. Assist in resolving patient care concerns and maintaining an efficient clinic environment. Maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness with necessary supplies. Ensure proper labeling and documentation of specimens in accordance with lab protocols. Essential Qualifications: Ability to work the specified hours and perform essential job functions, including effective communication and auditory comprehension.
