About the Role: Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dynamic home health team in the San Diego area. As a vital member of the rehabilitation department, you will deliver personalized therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them achieve their recovery goals with dignity and care.
