CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement. • Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am • Pay: $23.00-27.00/hr plus a $3.00 shift premium, based on experience • Direct hire with competitive benefitsResponsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC equipment including milling machines, lathes, waterjets, and saws • Read and interpret shop orders, drawings, and instructions to produce precision parts • Use measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications and maintain documentation • Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work area clean and organized • Participate in team-based improvement activities and support a collaborative work environmentQualifications: • At least 2 years of experience operating CNC equipment with setup and programming skills • Ability to read and interpret product drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) • Experience with Mazak machines preferred but not required • Strong math and measuring skills • Reliable attendance and punctuality
