RN Manager – Perioperative Services (Day Shift + Call)Location : Ocala, FLSalary Range:• Minimum: $95,000• Mid: $105,000 (for ~10 years of experience)• Maximum: $115,000 (for 15+ years of experience) Shift: Day shift with call responsibilities Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced RN Manager of Perioperative Services to support surgical operations and lead a high?volume, high?performing operating room team.The RN Manager works in collaboration with the Perioperative Director to implement a shared vision for quality, safety, and excellence in patient care. This role includes oversight of day?to?day operations, staff development, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and resource management within all assigned perioperative areas. Department Snapshot• Operating Rooms: 8• Daily Case Volume: ~25 cases per day (highest volume in the division)• Team Size: 24 FTEs• Additional Departments Overseen: Pre?Op & Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Key Responsibilities• Lead, coordinate, and support intraoperative services on a 24/7 basis.• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory guidelines.• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.• Foster teamwork among surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and all clinical partners.• Oversee staff scheduling, performance management, communication, and discipline as needed.• Maintain effective resource management including equipment, supplies, and personnel.• Manage perioperative workflows including Pre?Admission Testing and outpatient perioperative areas.• Ensure ongoing evaluation and implementation of nursing care standards.• May supervise RN students when applicable. Qualifications• 2+ years recent Acute Care OR leadership experience (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Educator accepted).• Registered Nurse (RN) license.• Associate Degree in Nursing required.• BLS: Must be obtained within 30 days of start date.• ACLS: Must be obtained within 90 days of start date.• PALS: Must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
