Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd-3rd Shift Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 3rd shift starts at 12 AM and ends at 9 AM, Monday through Saturday, while the 2nd shift runs from 3:30 PM to 12 AM.Responsibilities Maintain spare part inventory to ensure availability for repairs. Communicate machinery performance to upper management and other appropriate staff, efficiently mitigating any production delays due to machinery malfunction. Stay informed about all products and forms produced by each machine and identify the respective customer applications. Coordinate equipment training for relevant staff members. Establish and monitor effective sampling, recording, and analysis of equipment performance for internal review and training purposes. Identify and analyze issues, defects, and other problems; recommend and facilitate solutions and modify procedures or systems to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. Essential Skills 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Knowledge of mechanical, refrigerant, and electrical systems. Experience in food processing, preferably perishable goods. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
