Position Title : Bilingual Office Manager Location: Cypress, TX Assignment Type: Direct Hire Compensation : $65,000-80,000 Work Schedul e: Monday-Friday, 8-5 pm Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About the Role You will serve as the central point of coordination for the office while also performing key EAlevel responsibilities such as travel, calendaring, and expenses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the goto person, and can balance operational tasks with executive support. Key Responsibilities Office & Facilities Management Manage frontoffice operations, including greeting visitors and accepting packages Stock and maintain breakroom supplies Coordinate with vendors and assist with logistics for the upcoming office move Support general office needs as they arise Executive Support (EA Duties) Manage complex calendars for two CEOs Coordinate domestic travel arrangements Prepare and process expense reports Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive interactions Employee & Onsite Support Serve as a point of contact for office staff Provide bilingual assistance to applicants and walkins (required) Collaborate with the current Office Manager during transition as she moves to another department Qualifications Bilingual required (English/Spanish) 4+ years of administrative, office management, or executive support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
