Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)Full-Time & Part-Time Positions AvailableLocation: Allure of Moline 430 30th Ave., East Moline, IL 61244 Shift Details 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Shift Differentials $0.75/hour for 2nd shift $0.50/hour for 3rd shift $1.00/hour for weekend shifts Pay & Incentives Starting Pay: $22.15 - $24.21 per hour (plus shift differentials) CNA Experience & Promotion Incentives Daily Pay Available Why Work at Allure of Moline? Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning Monitor and document vital signs, weights, intake, and output Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Document care accurately per facility policies Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Follow professional standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing education and training Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Current Illinois CNA Certification Long-term care experience preferred Current CPR certification required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication Moderate noise level in the work environment (Reasonable accommodations may be made) COME GROW WITH US - APPLY TODAY!
