THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING Early-stage AI technology company with strong growth trajectory Recently closed Series A funding round, enabling rapid expansion and new initiatives Three years old with accelerated growth: grew from 20 people to 80 in the past year, with ongoing hiring Fast-paced, dynamic startup environment focused on product development and market acquisition Led by a visionary founder with successful track record in the tech sector Collaborative, high-energy culture where team members are empowered to take initiative and "figure things out" Team values creativity, adaptability, and strong communication across expanding departments WHAT THEY OFFER YOU Highly competitive compensation package Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) match: 100% on first 3% of contributions, 50% on the next 2% Close partnership with company leadership-direct exposure to executive decision-making and business strategy In-office location with reverse commute advantage (near airport district, easy access to uptown) Fast-paced, high-growth culture where you'll have meaningful impact on company operations and success WHERE IT IS LOCATED On-site (5 days/week) - Charlotte, NC WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT Reports directly to the SVP of Product and will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customers to build and launch innovative product Define and execute the product roadmap with a focus on efficiency and scalability Capture requirements and user stories and manage feature priorities Work closely with engineering teams to drive development efforts using Git and agile methodologies Use AI tools like Cursor.com to help drive features Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic planning Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to gather feedback and refine product direction Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve workflows and optimize processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies and product launches Track key performance metrics and continuously improve product offerings THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS 4+ years' experience in software product management, preferably with a B2B SaaS company Strong technology background, with an understanding of modern software development Experience working with Git and collaborating with development teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on rapid iteration Strong customer-facing skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to balance immediate product needs with long-term strategic vision Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong experience with agile product development methodologies #LI-HF1
