Responsibilities • Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides in accordance with state/federal regulations • Evaluate patients, review medical history, and diagnose movement dysfunction • Develop and modify individualized treatment plans • Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing • Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records • Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations • Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA Why Work with Big Stone Staffing?
