Title: Perm - Physician - OB/GYN Columbus, OH Description: Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a full-time, hospital-employed Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a respected and growing practice on the eastern side of Columbus near Easton Town Center. Job Description: Join a respected and expanding OBGYN practice employed by Mount Carmel Medical Group Work at a location strategically situated between Mount Carmel East and Mount Carmel St. Ann's, both equipped with MFM support and Level III NICUs Split time between clinic (3-3.5 days/week) and OR (1 day/week) Participate in 1:4 to 1:5 shared call rotation, including weekends; midwives cover 1:3 call Provide obstetrical care and gynecological surgery, including robotic procedures (robotic surgery interest preferred) Engage in resident education through the Mount Carmel OB/GYN residency program (teaching opportunity available but not required) Collaborate with a supportive team in a traditional clinic + call model Maintain hospital proximity (must reside within 30 minutes of hospitals) Does not require supervision responsibilities Position start date ASAP or no later than Fall 2026 New grads welcome to apply Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again Not open to 1099 candidates for this position Not open to visa candidates for this position Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 30 minutes) and/or in conjunction with another job(s) Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed base salary ofwith immediate bonus potential Up tostarting/sign-on bonus, OR loan forgiveness, OR a 50/50 split between the two Student loan repayment program available Relocation reimbursement AnnualCME allowance + 5 CME days 216 hours of PTO annually (27 days), with 40 hours of rollover allowed Full benefits begin on Day 1 Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility through 501(c)(3) non-profit status
