The ideal candidate will be an authentic, mission-driven leader with a deep commitment to the values of dignity, collaboration, excellence, and integrity. They should be a skilled operational, financial, and organizational leader, capable of overseeing a large and complex nonprofit, and experienced in leading diverse teams.
