Finance / FP&A Asst. Manager

Job Summary Job Description Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Lead developing annual business plan - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and performance management - Conduct profit and loss (P&L) analysis and monitor key performance indicators - Develop financial models and scenario analyses to explain / suggest corrective actions --> support business decision-making & risk management Accounting & Financial Reporting - Oversee all accounting operations including sales, payables, payroll, and tax - Manage financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP - Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual internal financial closing and external audit Costing & Profitability Management - Analyze and improve production and logistics cost structures - Conduct product-level costing and margin analysis to support pricing and sourcing strategies Communication with Holding Company in Seoul Korea - Act as a liaison between Seoul Holding company and support reporting - Support new CFO from Seoul Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics - Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial management (Experience in manufacturing or food industries / profit and cost management is a must) - Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and cost accounting principles and proficiency in financial modeling, analytical tools - Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver analytical insights to senior executives - Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (required for HQ reporting) Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience in building or optimizing financial / manufacturing cost reporting structure - Previous experience working at a U.S. subsidiary of a Korean or global corporation - Relevant professional certifications (CPA or equivalent) - Work experience in American company, American work culture (Assist the cultural gap between two company) What's On Offer Comprehensive health insurance, 401K, PTO, sick days Apply online or feel free to contact us directly for more information about the opportunity.
