Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a temp-to-hire Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our orthopedic partner in Vineland, NJ.Location: Vineland, NJ (Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic)Schedule: Flexible start times (as early as 7:00 AM); must work at least two evenings per week until 7:00 PMPatient Volume: 17-20 patients per dayCompensation: $30 - $37.00 per hourCompensation is based on qualifications, experience, and competencies.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care focused on functional outcomes.This position provides a strong team-oriented environment, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package (eligibility dependent on position status), including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off, sick time, and continuing education (CEU) support.Position SummaryThe Physical Therapist Assistant provides treatment interventions under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with New Jersey state regulations.Core Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and functional training Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT Assist with patient education and home exercise instruction Complete required documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain compliance with clinic policies and state practice regulations Handle and transport medical equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs.) Assist patients with mobility and stand for extended periods Required Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active New Jersey PTA License or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient setting New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
