Monitors and reports compliance with required education and ensures adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies. Participates in quality and performance improvement activities to improve patient outcomes using literature, research, and evidence-based practice. Shares unit performance improvement data with staff and is knowledgeable of unit results and action plans. Provides input for personnel performance evaluations and recognizes staff needs for additional skills, recommending pertinent education. RN will cover all four advent health hospitals in Great Lakes.
