Receive a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus, paid out over 26 payments. Competitive and increased wages! How You Will Make a Difference: Deliver direct, compassionate care to patients and residents while upholding the highest quality standards. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Adhere to Federal, State, and Local Standards and guidelines as outlined by the Director of Nursing. Ensure nursing personnel under your supervision follow facility policies and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference: Active RN license in your state of residence. Current/active CPR Certification. Strong customer service skills with the ability to thrive under pressure. Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Robust technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
