We seek a dynamic Manager to steer our Supply Chain Manufacturing initiatives toward the future of operational excellence and innovative digital solutions. Your key responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead high-performing teams, working closely with executive-level client personnel to analyze and enhance functional areas of the supply chain. Drive digital transformation within manufacturing functions. Optimize processes related to manufacturing and warehousing. Implement comprehensive management frameworks for operations. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business. 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing and supply chain consulting. Experience with plant startups and line initiatives. Willingness to travel extensively (60-80% of the time) and a valid driver's license and passport. Expertise in digital manufacturing, emerging technologies, and operational excellence. Ideally, you'll also have A master's degree focusing on engineering or business. Deep knowledge in areas like continuous improvement, manufacturing strategy, and contract manufacturing management. Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS), LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.
