Role Overview As a Senior Consultant in our People Consulting division, you'll play a crucial role in delivering impactful behavior change initiatives that align with our clients' strategic goals. You will work closely with diverse teams to ensure the success of these initiatives, all while keeping the needs of the workforce at the forefront. Your Responsibilities Design and implement targeted behavior change strategies that resonate with organizational culture. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and facilitate change processes. Engage with clients to tailor strategies that address their specific organizational challenges. What You Bring A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment. Strong skills in change management and experience design. Expertise in change assessment, stakeholder management, and communications strategy. Proficiency in analyzing behavioral drivers and enhancing leadership effectiveness.
