The Opportunity As the demand for technology-driven transformation accelerates in the insurance sector, we aim to be trusted advisors to our clients, particularly regarding Guidewire system implementations and other technology solutions. Projects will involve: Guidewire System Implementation (Policy, Billing, Claims) Enterprise Data Management Reinsurance Accounting and Reporting Performance Management Technology Expense Reduction Your Key Responsibilities In this role, you will engage directly with clients to translate their business challenges into effective technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Transforming business requirements into actionable technology strategies. Assisting teams in analyzing business needs for alignment with technological solutions. Designing technology infrastructure and supporting the implementation process. Collaborating with diverse teams to foster innovation and inclusivity. Skills and Attributes for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: A strong technical background relating to insurance technology implementation. Current knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. Expertise in configuring and integrating various insurance technology applications. Proficient communication skills for effective technical documentation and client interactions. Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who have: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Familiarity with Guidewire or other similar applications (e.g., OneShield, Exigen, Majesco). Experience in system selection, design of architecture, and project life cycle phases. The base salary for this position ranges from $102,500 to $187,900, with higher ranges for specific geographic areas.
