Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization. Your job is to create leverage by owning everything that doesn't require his specific expertise - systems management, meeting prep/follow-up, team coordination, project tracking, and tactical execution. This is not a job that just runs errands for the CEO - this job is integral in the organization and the success of the company. This role will also be client-facing, so people skills are a must. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 + Benefits (Retirement, PTO, Health Insurance) Responsibilities: • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings • Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes • Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc. • Be the main point of contact for high-level executive • Perform basic bookkeeping duties Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Experience using Microsoft Office • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Experience with Project Management Software (We use Jobtread) • Experience with Task Management Software (We use Asana) • Experience with CRM software (We use GHL) Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly• Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 per year
