About the job Technical Business Analyst Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Arlington heights, IL(3 days Onsite) Experience: 8+ Years About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile development methodologies, software development lifecycles, and requirements gathering. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and product management. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering sessions, document user stories, and ensure clarity in technical and functional requirements. Convert technical & architecture user stories into well-defined engineering tasks. Plan and maintain user stories and technical tasks ahead of 2-3 sprints. Identify user personas and define functional requirements accordingly. Work closely with business stakeholders to manage scope creep, assess feasibility, and provide level of effort analysis. Ensure ticket backlog grooming and maintain a prioritized product roadmap. Coordinate across multiple enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile, SDLC, Testing). Experience in defining epics, stories, and tasks for client-facing products. Proven ability to work in large matrix organizations with multiple teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Agile certification (preferred). AWS certification (a plus).
